Our walking holidays in Sicily are based in the undiscovered west of the region, rich in historical interest, and the Aeolian Islands, the volcanic archipelago in the Tyrrhenian Sea north of Sicily. Whether you prefer to explore independently (self-guided) or with a guide and a group of other walkers, we have a holiday in Sicily to suit.
The unspoilt island of Sicily is a delight to discover on foot. Over 2,500 years of history have left their impression on the landscape - waves of invaders including Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans have all helped to make Sicily the archaeological treasure-house of Europe.
The pristine western coast is a region of tranquillity as azure waters lap at picture-perfect sandy coves, and just off Trapani lie the unexplored Egadi Islands, which are a walker's paradise. For those of you who would like to see striking volcanoes too, our guided walking holiday in Sicily is a fantastic mix of volcanoes, interesting towns and delicious local cuisine.
