Group Discount

We often get requests from families or groups of friends travelling together, it’s an increasingly popular way of celebrating a “big” birthday or other such milestone! If your party is 10 people or more, and you’re travelling for a minimum of 7 nights, we’ll apply a single £500 discount to your total booking value.

Recommend a friend

As well as rewarding loyalty, we’ll offer you a further incentive if you recommend a friend, who goes on to make a booking with us.

How it works:
  • Recommend Headwater to your friends
  • They make a confirmed booking (deposit paid) with Headwater, providing your name and address.
  • We send you a voucher to the value of £75 off your next booking.
  • We also give your friend an introductory offer of £75 off their booking.

Loyalty Scheme: Terms & Conditions

  • If you have travelled with Headwater previously, you are entitled to 5% off your 3rd trip and any subsequent trips thereafter.
  • If you have travelled with Headwater five times previously, you are entitled to 8% off your 6th trip and any subsequent trip thereafter.
  • The discount can be applied to any person deemed to have travelled with Headwater previously, whether it was last year or over 10 years ago.
  • Any person claiming a loyalty discount will have to tell Headwater how many times they have travelled.
  • This discount will be applied per booking, and can only be applied to the person who has travelled with Headwater previously.
  • Application of your qualified discount will only be applied to the original costed invoice value of the tour excluding low cost flights, insurance and holiday extras including but not restricted to airport hotels, airport parking and airport lounges.
  • Application of your discount does not apply to or effect the deposit payment of £225 per person or full amount if within 8 weeks of travel.
  • Your loyalty discount is shown as a line on your invoice and applied at final invoice stage.
  • Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated; excluding the Headwater Recommend a Friend discount where by the offers can be used together if the customer so wishes.
  • Headwater loyalty discounts are offered at the discretion of Headwater, and thus Headwater have the right to terminate discounts or to change the discount rules, regulations, conditions of participation levels, in whole orpart, at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect the value of the discount already accumulated.
  • The loyalty discount is valid on bookings made direct with Headwater. No discount will not be applied if booking through an agent.
