Walking information

We suggest a moderate level of fitness suitable for walking days of up to 5.5 hours. While most paths are well-maintained, sturdy walking shoes and surefootedness are necessary for some rocky sections. Expect a hiking experience offering stunning panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains, coastline, sea, and lush valleys

Day 1 - Arrival in Pollenca

You will arrive in Pollenca, a Mallorcan gem nestled at the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Wander the narrow lanes of the historic town, stroll in the lively Plaza Major, or ascend the cypress-lined Calvary for a breathtaking panoramic view.

Day 2 - Hike on Alcudia peninsula (15km/9.3mi)

After a short transfer, embark on your inaugural hike along the La Victoria peninsula's coastline, a classic walk nestled between the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia. After reaching a cliff summit, a switchback trail will unveil breathtaking views. Enjoy boundless panoramic vistas and a chance for a refreshing swim in the turquoise waters of Boll Baix. The journey smoothly guides you across smooth tops, ultimately leading you back to Alcudia before your transfer back to the Finca.

Day 3 - Pollenca - Orient/Alaro (11km/6.8mi)

Following a brief transfer to the Cuber reservoir, you'll encounter captivating scenery featuring tall grass, marked rocks, and stony paths in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Traverse this picturesque route with views of sunny cliff coasts and green valleys, passing by Coma Sema, once one of the island's largest olive farms, before arriving at the enchanting Orient valley.

Day 4 - Circular walk Castell d`Alaro (12km/7.5mi)

Today's itinerary will lead you to explore more of the Orient Valley, famously known as the Orchard of Mallorca. En route to Coll d'Orient, you'll catch sight of the distant acropolis amidst picturesque scenery. As you traverse a holly oak forest, your path will guide you toward Castell d'Alaro, a pilgrimage destination crowned with a hermitage atop a rocky mountain.

Day 5 - Orient/Alaro - Bunyola - Soller (14km/8.7mi)

As you depart from Orient, tranquil pathways will guide you towards the alpine region, boasting a picturesque long-drawn-out rock ledge on its northwest face. Continuing towards Bunyola, you'll ascend to one of the mountain peaks, Penyal d'Honor, standing at 819 metres above sea level. Here, you'll have ample opportunity to capture photographs and relish panoramic vistas of the island's lowlands and the bay of Palma. Upon reaching Bunyola, you'll board the iconic Red Lightning, the historic Tramvia de Soller, for your onward journey to Soller.

Day 6 - Coastwalking from Deia to Soller (10km/6.2mi)

Your journey begins with a transfer to the charming town of Deia, a true gem nestled amidst scenic beauty. From here, your itinerary unfolds, guiding you along the rugged coastline and up a picturesque mountain route towards Soller.
