Loyalty Scheme: Terms & Conditions

• If you have travelled with Headwater previously, you are entitled to 3% off your 2nd trip.
• If you have travelled with Headwater twice previously, you are entitled to 5% off your 3rd to 5th trips.
• If you have travelled with Headwater five times previously, you are entitled to 8% off your 6th to 9th trips.
• From your 10th trip, you are entitled to 10% off your 10th trip and any subsequent trips thereafter.
• If you are a member of our sister brand Exodus' Globetrotter loyalty scheme we are happy to honour 5% discount off the tour only element. If you are a member of their Pioneer loyalty scheme we are happy to honour 8% discount off the tour only element. All Headwater Loyalty Scheme terms and conditions supersede those of Exodus.
• Any person claiming a Club Active loyalty discount will have to communicate how many times they have travelled.
• This discount will be applied per booking, and can only be applied to the person who has travelled with Headwater previously. Multiple Club Active members can travel on one booking and each individuals discount will be applied accordingly.
• Application of your qualified discount will only be applied to the tour only element of the holiday, excluding items such as flights, flight upgrades, transfers, single supplement, solo supplements, holiday extras, airport hotels, airport parking and airport lounges. Please note this is not an exhaustive list of exclusions.
• Application of your discount does not apply to or effect the deposit payment or, if within 12 weeks of travel, the deposit element of the full amount.
• Your loyalty discount is shown as a line on your invoice and applied at final invoice stage.
• Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated; excluding the Headwater Recommend a Friend discount whereby the offers can be used together if the customer so wishes.
• VIP access to pilot trips at discounted rates will be disclosed on an ad hoc basis as required by Headwater, discount to be notified at the time and is non-combinable with any other offer and non-transferrable and subject to all booking conditions.
• Headwater loyalty discounts are offered at the discretion of Headwater, and thus Headwater have the right to terminate discounts or to change the discount rules, regulations, conditions of participation levels, in whole or part, at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect the value of the discount already accumulated.
• The loyalty discount is valid on bookings made direct with Headwater and is not combinable with bookings made via Travel Agents. No discount will be applied if booking through a travel agent.
• Club Active supersedes Headwater's Explorer Club and Explorers Club Plus which are no longer available.
