Headwater join the Kinder Scout Mass Trespass Walk

The UK is home to many beautiful and awe-inspiring walks, but access to these paths has not always been legal. It was back on 24th April 1932 when around 500 walkers descended on Kinder Scout in a mass trespass. They aimed to highlight that walkers in England and Wales were unable to ramble on areas of open country. It was this protest walk that marked the beginning of a campaign to legislate rights to walk on access land.
