WALKING IN THE LEUTASCH VALLEY (FURTHER DETAILS)

General information:
This 1 boot and 2 boot holiday offers mountain scenery, good value for money, moderate walking, peace and quiet, and lots of facilities in the hotel.

The walkking is on well-made and well marked paths. The one boot option follows flat valley trails and uses mountain lifts to cut down on climbing.

The two boot option has more climbing and descending but is still towards the lower end of the scale. Some 2 boot walks are extensions of 1 boot, so can be done by mixed ability groups on the same day.

Location:
Based in the hamlet of Kirchplatzl in the heart of the Leutasch Valley close to the German border (you cross it on one of the walks).
