Cross country skiing in Dobbiaco

This holiday is based in Dobbiaco. You'll stay in a luxury 4-star hotel, which offers a great mix of guided (mornings) and independent (afternoons) cross country skiing.

Dobbiaco has hosted the World Cup Cross Country Ski Championships many times so is a brilliant place to learn/improve.

Dobbiaco is at the centre of 3 ski-areas: Plan de Corones, Cortina d'Ampezzo and Ski Centre Alta Pusteria.

Dobbiaco is known as the cross-country paradise at the foot of the Three Peaks and offers over 150 km of tracks.

The village is in 2 parts - the old and the new - the old being traditional and pretty, the new offering small range of shops, cafes, banks. You can also go ice skating in the village.

Who would this holiday appeal to?

This holiday is best suited to confident beginner and improver level skiers, who are looking for a luxury hotel.

We do not think this holiday is suited to families with young children.

Included in this holiday are 7 nights **** accommodation at the Park Hotel Bellevue, return airport transfers as specified, 5 cross country ski lessons (2hrs each) with a professional instructor, weekly trail pass with free transport on the regular ski bus. Boots, pole and ski hire are also included. Ski lessons are subject to at least 4 people (in total) booked on each departure.

Additional ski lessons and other activities in the area can be booked and paid for locally. These include downhill skiing, snowshoeing, winter walking, ice-skating and tobogganing.
