About Lisbon
Lisbon is vibrant city where ancient traditions go hand-in-hand with up-to-the-minute creations, and where locals take a real pride and interest in what’s going on. First time visitors will want to see the ancient fortress of St George (great views back over the town), the 12th century cathedral, the beautiful Belem Tower and the splendid 18th century Basilica da Estrela. Be sure too to take a ride on one of the charming old trams –perhaps before romantic open-air dining overlooking the River Tagus.
Hotel Lisboa Plaza
Owned by the same family since 1953, the 4-star Hotel Lisboa Plaza is an imaginatively designed hotel, just off the famous Avenida da Liberdade. All the facilities that you would expect from a hotel of this class are at your disposal, and attention to detail is second to none. The hotel is ideally located 5 minutes along a lovely leafy boulevard you are in the historic centre, with plenty of famous shops to have a browse at!
Stay for a minimum of 2 nights during July and August and receive a complimentary pass into all Lisbon’s museums, as well as complimentary green fees at Aroeira Golf I and II (weekdays only).
