How to book

Booking your activity holiday with Headwater is easy. You can browse our holidays and check availability on-line or request our brochures.

Our sales team are happy to help with any queries you might have and, as we create all our holidays ourselves, we'll have all the answers to hand for you.

Finding your perfect holiday

Our website contains all the information you'll need to research, choose and book your holiday. You can use the Destinations tab to browse through our holiday destinations, or see our walking holidays, cycling holidays or activity holidays sections to choose the type of holiday you'd prefer.

If you'd prefer to browse through our holidays at leisure, simply request a copy of our brochure and we'll pop one into the post for you right away.

Checking holiday availability

If you'd like to check holiday availability for a particualr holiday simply click on the 'Book now' tab of the holiday page and complete fill in the details. Our sales team will get back to you within two working days to let you know if the holiday is available or to let you know of possible alternatives.

If you'd prefer an immediate answer, you can call our sales team on 1-800-567-6286 and discuss your requirements with them. If you've got your debit/credit card* to hand we can confirm your booking while you're on the phone.

Confirming your booking

Your provisional booking will be held for 5 days so you've time to arrange travel, buy insurance, check with other members of your party etc. To confirm your booking we simply need your deposit payment. You can call us on 1-800-567-6286 with your debit/credit card* details. Never send your credit card details via email.

What happens next?

Within 7 days of confirming your booking we'll send you your confirmation invoice in the post. Please check this carefully and pay particular attention to the spelling of names and dates/times of travel - any mistakes should be reported to the office immediately as they can be sorted out more easily now than later.

Approximately 8 weeks before your departure date you'll need to provide your final payment (either by cheque, over the phone, or via our on-line payment system using your debit/credit card*). Shortly after this you'll receive your holiday documentation including your document wallet, maps and notes, your tickets and final travel itinerary.

Of course, if you have any queries about your booking prior to departure or if you'd like to make any amendments - such as upgraded travel, extra nights, room upgrades etc. - you can simply give our sales team a call on 1-800-567-6286.
