This was our first holiday with Headwater. Our experience has been very positive indeed. Benard, Martine, their son Alexandre and the second guide (also named Alexandre) were models of professionalism, efficient and thoughtful managers, and welcoming hosts.

The attention to detail the consistency of service, the food, and the organisation in general- All were exemplary. The group of eight English speakers and five French speakers got on very well.

The Valleys and Volcanoes walk stands out as one of the finest experiences in my twenty years of guided walking.
