I am contacting you after returning from your South African Odyssey Holiday 3-18 Feb this year.
I wanted to express my complete satisfaction with the package and to let you know how much I and my travelling companion Don Mcready enjoyed the holiday. It was extremely well planned and organised and overall good value for money; I hesitate to say exceptional value only lest you are tempted to put the price up!
The accommodation, travelling arrangements and itinerary were all first class, but above all, David Sclanders your tour guide was exceptional. He was diligent, conscientious, ever present, good-humoured and tremendous company, never failing to give any problem, however trivial, his immediate attention and an outstanding ambassador for South Africa. We could not have been in better hands and the only concern is how you replace him. I hope you value him as much as he deserves, and I have emailed him personally with my thanks.
