We had a fantastic time. We felt really well looked after, both in terms of the hotel and the skiing plus we had great fun!
Rob achieved an excellent balance of being helpful, available for advice and very enthusiastic without being over the top. He had an excellent rapport with everyone, no matter what their age or ability and quickly gauged how far people wanted to push themselves- or not (Either was fine!)
We always felt safe yet encouraged to our limits. The area was truly beautiful. We would happily go on exactly the same holiday again!
