These are our most chellenging walking holidays, offering high level hiking for regular walkers. Longest day 6-8 hours, including up to 1000m (3300 feet) ascent. Some scrambling (but not rock-climbing). You need to be a fairly regular walker, with a reasonably good head for heights. Not suitable for children under 12.
