Hostellerie du Moulin de la Mere Michelle, Les Planches près Arbois You stay as the guests of the Delavenne family in their characterful hotel set in a stunning location on the river Cuissance, surrounded by towering cliffs. The hotel, once an ancient watermill, has been converted into a very comfortable hotel. All the rooms are spacious, with private facilities and minibar, some even have a four-poster bed. Each evening you enjoy the delicious cuisine of Chef Paul Mathieu.

Domaine du Revermont, Passenans The Schmit family have been running the hotel for 31 years. Recently refurbished the 28 rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with minibar and private facilities. Domaine du Moulin Vallée Heureuse, Poligny You will receive a warm welcome from Patrice and Isabelle Masson at their delightful little hotel just outside Poligny. The hotel sits in its own little verdant valley, with the River Glantine running through the grounds. The 13 rooms all have ensuite facilities, minibar and are beautifully decorated in neutral colours, as is the Reception area and dining room where you can relax over a pre-dinner drink before enjoying the excellent cuisine, which is so creatively presented.
