Hostellerie de Meysset, Sarlat

You stay at the stylish Hostellerie de Meysset, set in 3 acres of pine woods and gardens, it is a haven of tranquillity.

This pleasant hotel is on the edge of Carennac next to the Dordogne. The hotel pool and dining terrace both overlook the river.

The 15 rooms with bathrooms, composed of either showers or baths, all include direct telephone lines, television and hair dryers.

This relaxed friendly hotel is run by M Destannes who is really keen to ensure that Headwater guests enjoy their stay here. Great importance is placed on food, with local specialities featuring wherever possible.

Hôtel de la Place du Louvre, Paris

This charming 3 star hotel is situated in a quiet side street overlooking the Louvre Palace. Being only a few steps from the Louvre museum, the river Seine and the famous Pont des Arts Bridge, it is a great place to stay whilst exploring the city.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and each is dedicated to an impressionist painter - Picasso, Dali and Dufy to name a few! They all have en-suite facilities plus satellite television, hairdryer, mini-bar, direct dial telephone and air conditioning.

Hotel Le Senat , Paris

Le Senat is a 3 star hotel but with a 4 star feel! Completely renovated in 2003-2004, all 41 rooms are en suite (with both bath and shower plus Hermes toiletries!) and beautifully furnished with a modern, stylish decor. All have satellite television, mini bar, air-conditioning, safe and hairdryer, plus Internet access.

The hotel has its own small bar – adorned with photographs of eminent artists, being in the heart of the artists’ quarter - plus a reading room where clients can relax with a drink. There is also a very small terrace (enough for only one table and a couple of chairs) for when the weather is more clement.

Breakfast is taken in the basement, where you’ll find a copious buffet of viennoiseries, cereals, fruit salad, ham, cheese, bread, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, sausage, fruit juices, tea or coffee. If you prefer, you can have a continental breakfast served to your room at no extra charge (book in advance though).

Le Senat is perfectly located on a quiet side street just a stone’s throw away from the Luxembourg gardens, and a short 15 minute walk from the vibrant Latin quarter, where you’ll find a plethora of restaurants to suit all budgets.

Hotel Les Cedres , Orleans

The Hôtel Les Cedres is a pleasant little hotel, less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre and main railway station. Unusually for a city hotel, it also has a pleasant garden to relax in as well as a sunny veranda.

The 34 rooms are furnished in a colourful country style and all have satellite television, direct dial telephone and en suite bathrooms with hairdryer.

This is an excellent base from which to explore Orleans, as it is not too big to find your way around, but there is still a lot to see, for example the Cathedral of Ste-Croix, 18C rue Royale, and the Renaissance town hall, with its ancient façades and extensive floral gardens.

We have arranged for you to have continental breakfast here, as there is such a choice of restaurants very close by. The Hotel does, however, also have a restaurant, la Brasserie Capoul.
