This is a 2 boot guided walking holiday.

You have the chance to visit dramatic volcanoes, emerald lagoons and the world famous Monteverde rainforest. This holiday is a good choice for flora and fauna lovers with the possibility of seeing over 850 species of different birds, masses of rare flora, and unusual wildlife.

This varied walking holiday is mainly on jungle trails and country tracks. Rain forest trails can be slippery and steep in sections, so walking boots are essential.

Watching monkeys swing through the trees at Rincon de la Vieja, contrasts perfectly with contemplating sweeping views over Lake Arenal.

It is not possible to start this holiday on a non-standard date as this is a guided holiday. However, it is possible to extend the holiday at the start in Alajuela or at the end at Ocotal.
