This walk covers many of the classic Cotswold villages and towns that make this region of England so famous. The terrain is fairly easy with gentle inclines and descents. Scenery is lovely rolling countryside - low hills and river valleys.
The walking distances on our brochure page are for the 1 boot itinerary. To do this you must pay £90 per booking for the 4 taxi transfers to shorten each days walking.
If the 1 boot taxi transfers are not taken, the walking distances are as follows:
Bourton to Winchcombe 21km/6hrs
Winchcombe to Broadway 17km/5hrs
Broadway to Moreton 20km/6hrs
Moreton to Bourton 19km/6hrs
The walks are 1 or 2 boot - 1 boot walks mean taking a taxi at the start of the day so this will incur a supplement on this holiday. You will be walking on country tracks, paths and fields, so it may be muddy or stony underfoot. Walking boots are essential.
This trip covers Winchcombe, Broadway, Moreton in Marsh and Bourton on the Water.
