Lower 2 cycle 8 night independent holiday.
On this holiday you explore the ‘magic triangle’ of the Loire and Cher rivers, with the pretty Cisse valley winding through the middle.
The cycling is easy and mostly flat, along country lanes and river banks, through a region packed with interest. Highlights include the famous châteaux of Chenonceau, Amboise and Chaumont. Every day there is a new wine-tasting experience!
Couples and families with slightly older children would enjoy this holiday. Anyone who enjoys wine and visiting chateaux will also enjoy this region.
We think this holiday is similar to 'Abbeys and Vineyards' cycling in Burgundy, France.
Non-standard departures are not available as this is a repped region, but the holiday runs every other day.
If extra nights are required during the holiday, it is recommended to have 2 nights at a time. This will ensure Headwaters reps can transfer luggage
Continental breakfast and evening meals are included on this holiday
