You'll cycle along interest-packed routes like coastal paths, riverside trails, through olive groves, peach orchards, poppy and sunflower fields. The landscape is gently rolling for the most part and there are a few hills which are steep.

You follow the most beautiful corners of Catalunya rich in mediaeval villages untouched by tourism. Highlights include sun-drenched Pals, prosperous Peratallada and Castell d'Emporda with spectaculair views over the entire plain.
