What do I need to view the website?

We've tried to keep things simple - so you should be able to view the Headwater website with any modern web browser. Althouugh some aspects of the site (such as the holiday finder and local weather reports) require javascript, the majority of the site will work just fine without it. We have a number of film clips available on the site to give you a better view of our holidays - you'll need a Shockwave plug-in for these to work correctly. Also available on the site are various information downloads (such as brochure spreads, booking forms etc). These files are in PDF format and you'll need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them.

How do I find my way around your site?

You'll find navigation tabs arranged along the top of each page which will take you to all of the major sections of the site.

As you view each section of the site you'll find additional navigational links on the right hand side of the screen (in the orange panel). Any links within the text of the page are underlined in dark blue (and will turn orange when you move your mouse over them).

A link to our full sitemap is available at the bottom of every page and, if you're trying to find a particular page, you can use our search facility (top right of every page). Just type in the words or phrase you're looking for and click the 'Go' button.

To find a holiday use the holiday finder on our homepage - just answer a few simple questions and we'll pick out the holidays most suited to your requirements. Or just tell us where you'd like to travel, and the activities you're interested if you'd prefer to browse. [Back to the top]

Can I book on-line?

Yes! Bookng on-line is quick, simple and secure - you can either request availability for any holiday date, or provide your credit card details if you'd like to book there and then.

Checking availability: Once you've chosen your holiday, click on the 'PRICES & BOOKING' link to display departure dates and prices. You can then use the 'BOOK THIS HOLIDAY' link to check availability and make a booking. Our sales team will check that your chosen holiday, date and travel preferences are available and make the booking for you. If for any reason we are unable to meet your request we will contact you and offer you the nearest available holiday choice, e.g the closest start date to your requested departure. We believe this combination of technology and hands-on human contact allows us to provide you with very best levels of service possible.

Confirming your booking: You can also confirm your booking on-line too! Simply follow the 'BOOK ON-LINE' link from our homepage and follow the instructions! You can pay on-line using your debit or credit card and all your details are processed safely on our secure server. [Back to the top]
