Headwater's on-line community

There are plenty of ways to keep up to date with the latest news from Headwater - whether you're checking for last minute travel hold-ups before you leave, or looking for a great deal on your next holiday. And now, with the launch of Terminal One, our customer forum, it's even easier to keep in touch with all that Headwater can offer.

Terminal One

Terminal One is the latest addtion to the Headwater website. It's an on-line forum for Headwater customers, both old and new, on the internet. While the Headwater website is an excellent way for us, the Headwater team, to tell you about the holidays we offer it's pretty one-way; we put information up, you read it. The Terminal One forum is a two way thing - anyone can post messages and discuss what they want to discuss with whoever wants to get involved. It's the chat and discussion you might have face to face or over the phone, extended onto the web.

The best thing about Terminal One is that it lets you contact fellow travellers and real customers to share your holiday experiences - both before you travel, and after you return. It lets you talk to people even if they're not available when you are, on the other side of the world or in bed when you're awake; and you can easily add and share photos, and links to other websites. As the forum has only just been launched, there not much in the departure lounge and arrivals gate yet. So why not be one the the first people to share your views?

Within the forum we've a dedicated information desk where we've posted answers to the most common questions we get asked about our holidays. If you've got a query about any aspect of our holidays take a look there first - and if we've not asnwered your question simply post a new one and we'll get right back to you!

If you're looking for ideas for a last minute getaway - and you can be flexible regarding your departure dates - we've got a great selection of offers available on our last minute offers page. Just before you travel it would be wise to check out our latest news page for any breaking news that may affect your journey.

We've also added a selection of travel tools and links where you'll find things such as currency conversion, route planner, links to purchase books and outdoor clothing - plus lots of information about passports, your health abroad, innoculations etc.

The Headwater Blog

In addition to the user forum you can also get a look behind the scences of the travel world in the Headwater Blog. It's full of helpful articles, ideas and suggestions and, you're free to add your views too!
