Brand new for autumn 2008, Headwater's independent 'Backroads of Mallorca Cycling holiday' explores the undiscovered rural heart of Mallorca where sleepy market towns nestle below pine-clad hills and where amazing sandy beaches look like they've escaped from the Caribbean!

Base for the week is Es Passarell, a beautifully converted 10-room finca, with its own private swimming pool set amid carob trees and orange orchards. You'll stay here for 7 nights (holidays can be shortened or extended to suit personaldiaries) and a complimentary Headwater bike is included for your entire stay.

A wide range of cycling trips are on offer - fully researched route notes and maps provided - taking in sun-kissed hamlets, poppy-dusted meadows, sugar-spun beaches and barrel-filled bodegas. You also have the option of a day trip to cosmopolitan Palma. (Extra nights here also possible)

This 7-night holiday departs Saturdays from Feb 14 2009 to May 30 2009 and costs from £977 per person including: return flights with BMI from Heathrow to Palma, 7 nights half board accommodation in Finca El Passarell, airport transfers, Headwater bike/ maps/ route notes, and 24-hour support from the resident Headwater rep.
