Very efficient and pleasant. A good experience.

William Phillips, 28 Jan 2026

Excellent service. No trouble getting through to a very friendly member of staff - Megan. She went through all our requirements - adding on extra nights, upgrades, etc., and informed us of all the options. A quote arrived very promptly, followed by a follow-up call when I was happy to book. All very efficient and thorough. We've been on several Headwater holidays and are so looking forward to this one!

24 Feb 2026

Booking our holiday in Malta could not have been easier. Megan went through all the options, made the provisional bookings and called back the next working day to confirm all the bookings were in place. The walking notes and other details followed the next day.
