'Win your holiday' Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

1. The prize will be the holiday value for the lead passenger only on your Headwater booking (excluding any insurance premiums) at the exact date and time when the booking was made and you were entered into the prize draw. No employees of Headwater, TUI UK Ltd, their subsidiaries, group companies or other company associated with this promotion will be eligible to enter.
2. The lead passenger of all Headwater bookings made between 11 November 2011 and 23 December 2011 will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
3. You can write to Headwater, The Old School House, Chester Road, Castle, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 1LE with your name, address and contact details to be automatically entered into the draw. Only one entry per person. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or later entries will not be accepted. We accept no responsibility for entries lost or delayed. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. No Purchase Necessary. The information collected from entrants shall be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK.
5. The closing date for entries is 23 December 2011. Purchases made after 23 December 2011 will not be accepted into the draw. The draw will be made on 3 January 2012.
6. The winner will be selected at random pulling out of a hat. The decision of Headwater will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner does not accept the prize or if contact cannot be made within 28 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and offered to a substitute winner. It is the entrant's responsibility to notify Headwater of any change in contact information.
8. If you are a winner, you may be required to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter, this may include printing your name on the Headwater website at www.headwater.com or other group promotional material.
9. Prizes are not transferable, it is only for the use of the winner (ie the lead passenger) and there is no cash alternative.

11. Details of the winner will be available by sending a SAE to the Promoter after 3 January 2012 at the following address: Headwater, The Old School House, Chester Road, Castle, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 1LE
12. Entry into this prize draw implies acceptance of these rules and conditions.
13. Headwater reserves the right to withdraw these offers without notice.
