Before you travel it is essential that you've checked the status of you passports, visas, insurance and any other paperwork necessary for you to travel. We also recommend that you read all your holiday documentation - including Headwater's 'Know before you go' booklet and our regional notes booking before departure.

Download your holiday notes

As part of your pre-departure documentation you will receive an area notes booklet. This contains general information about the region you are visiting, plus travel details, hotel details and advice on how to get the most from your holiday. If you are taking an independent holiday - cycling, canoeing or independent walking - you will also receive detailed holiday route notes. Your holiday notes are available to download once we have processed your final payment for your holiday.
